Exchange Policy

We greatly value your satisfaction with our products and are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience. Please note that all purchases are final. However, exchanges may be offered under the following circumstances:

Defective Products: If you receive a faulty item, we are happy to send a replacement or issue store credit equivalent to the purchase price.

Size Adjustments: If the size of your item is not suitable, we can offer an exchange by providing store credit for the same amount.

Steps to Request an Exchange:
Contact Us Within 24 Hours:
Kindly send us a direct message on Instagram, quoting your order number, explaining the reason for the exchange, and indicating the size you require.

Return the Item Within 3 Days:
Please ensure that the item is returned to us in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags intact) within 3 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit Only:
We regret that cash refunds are not available. Instead, store credit will be provided, in the form of a coupon of equal value, which can be used immediately or for future purchases.

Product Warranty:
We offer a two-week warranty on all products. Should any 18k plated jewelry discolor within 14 days of purchase, we will replace the item. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide assistance after this 14-day period.


Non-Returnable Items:

For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items, such as earrings, cannot be returned or exchanged.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Damaged Products:

Return and Store Credit Policy: 

If you receive a damaged piece, you are required to return it to us. Upon receiving and verifying the damaged item, we will either send same article or can issue store credit of equal value (incase of unavailability of that product or size) after Verification to the original purchase price of the item. The store credit can be used for future purchases.
